As a marketing project coordinator at Prologis, you will own project coordination, task tracking, daily oversight of work queues, departmental file management and administrative management for the global DAM (digital asset management)—while also contributing to creative development via brainstorming, concept reviews and learning the creative quality control process.
The right person will be driven, detail oriented and have exceptional organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and a desire to support successful day-to-day operations of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing team.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will have the experience and skills to own and individually manage a high-volume transparent work queue; be able to prioritize and re-prioritize fluidly in response to changing business imperatives; communicate clearly and concisely; be comfortable working both with direction and independently; and bring a high degree of accuracy, accountability and enthusiasm to the team.
