We’re looking for an experienced SMB Account Executive that thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven, and fun environment that will join a team supporting the small/medium size business segment. For this role, it is critically important that you are an optimistic problem solver with the ability to leverage both your own and your internal resources to win.

Responsibilities of the role:

Your primary role will be to work with prospective accounts in the restaurant and retail industries interested in purchasing PlayerLync, help them realize the value of our solution, and guide them to making an investment in our platform. We need winners who can be assigned a territory and exceed quotas by proactively prospecting new accounts, working closely with C-levels, VPs, and Directors of brands looking to solve real technical problems all by taking a solution-oriented approach to winning new business.

Who you are:

  • You are a driven individual contributor with 1-3 years of experience in business development / sales
  • You have demonstrated a sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota
  • You are skilled in online presentations and remote sales processes
  • You have sold technology to HR, Operations, Learning & Development, or IT teams
  • You have shown success in acquiring small to medium sized businesses
  • You take good notes, can size up an opportunity, and leverage empathy to identify and present solutions
  • You quickly pick up processes and systems and recognize their value
  • You are prepared to pivot quickly as the business evolves
  • You take a humble approach to self-development and growth, and can learn and adapt quickly
  • You realize that working together as a team is the most effective way to drive success
  • You have an energetic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
