Flowhub designs and builds user-friendly business management and compliance products crafted specifically for the regulated cannabis industry.

Our sales team is a highly motivated and energetic group of remarkable people that drive revenue and create new business. We utilize a Business Development, Sales Executive, and Account Management department structure and are putting the pieces in place to create a robust and world-class sales organization.

Flowhub has seen explosive growth since its inception and is expecting traction to pick up even more going into 2018. With our previous and upcoming success, Flowhub is heavily invested in bringing on talent that will help us to continue to build and be with the company for years to come.

Role Brief:

Sales is the variable that most affects a company’s success and ability to make the moves it wants to. As a result, we hold our Sales Executives to a high standard of professionalism, communication, and accountability. We reward those who deliver on those expectations with a competitive compensation structure and opportunities for advancement.

As a Sales Executive, you will generate new business from qualified leads supplied to you from various business development efforts. This includes: building and maintaining professional relationships, researching and delivering information to guide prospects through the decision-making process, and generating necessary documentation for negotiated agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with Integrity. Guide prospects through the decision-making process by providing accurate and truthful information.

  • Maintain Accurate Records. Ensuring that negotiated deals are properly tracked and documented

  • Close New Business. Convert prospects into customers, quotes into signed deals, and goals into deliverables.

  • Influence Decisions. Understand the Sales process and help drive company decisions therein

Requirements:

  • A demonstrated track record of excellence

  • 3+ previous experience in a Sales Executive Role

  • Proficient in office software, email, and easily adaptable to new technology

  • A genuine interest Sales as a craft and a commitment to continued improvement

About the Company

Our CEO, Kyle Sherman, worked as a cannabis compliance officer and experienced the problems with cannabis business software first hand. Frustrated by the platform his vertically integrated supply chain was using, he searched for something better. When his search failed him, he became fueled by a passion to create a system that would accelerate workflows, increase accuracy, and simplify compliance — ultimately allowing legalization to expand nationally.

In early 2015 Kyle began to build a team who shared his passion for cannabis, technology, and problem solving and started lobbying for a metrc™ open API. Headquartered in Downtown Denver, we’ve positioned ourselves on the front lines alongside large scale growers and dispensary owners in order to design the best possible product for the industry. How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

As an Account Manager within an Agile Software Development Framework, my role is to be the client advocate within Flowhub. I work closely with the Deployment, Product Support, Sales, and Engineering Departments to communicate future development plans, gather customer feedback, and use this customer feedback to build better customer solutions.

A year ago I started off in an entry level position on the Product Support team. Today, I manage the deployment process for all clients. Because of the support from the management and their confidence in me, I know that I have a unique opportunity to grow with the company and tackle more challenging roles in my career as the company grows.

I operate with an open door policy. I want to be accessible when employees need me, whether it's via email, slack or in person. I try to be a resource to help each person succeed within their position, and the company. And if there are questions or requests, I do my best to respond promptly.
