As a Business Development Representative in Xactly's Denver location, you will be responsible for cold calling prospective Xactly clients & creating and qualifying leads. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player who is passionate about sales and excited to evangelize the Xactly vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Build sales pipeline by calling companies who have expressed initial interest in Xactly's software
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and transition viable prospects to assigned Account Executive
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, emails & LinkedIn to further develop interest in Xactly software
  • Consistently achieve goals & quota on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conduct administrative duties within Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with BDR team to achieve collective & individual goals
  • Learn best practices of Incentive Compensation and how to effectively communicate with C-level Executives

Required Skills:

  • BS/BA and 6 months-2 year sales experience required; internship experience will be taken into consideration
  • Previous cold calling experience required
  • Results driven & competitive nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • Commitment to become a closing SaaS Account Executive required
