  • Identifying repeatable, scalable services that can be nurtured further into the network and/or ecosystem
  • Directing the sourcing deployment services with your internal team members to allow for achievement of project objectives
  • Facilitating the learning validation processes with partners - adjusting strategies when necessary to ensure that learning is validated
  • Shepherding customer meetings, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with all stakeholders
  • Documenting your work in Salesforce on a regular basis

And what you’ll need for success:

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  • At least three years of experience managing strategic business partnerships. Specifically, nurturing relationships within large churches and faith networks – extra points if you’ve worked in a technology company!
  • Demonstrated experience in a relationship management or client services role

  • A sharp mind that is eager to learn, absorb and apply new concepts
  • A refined communication style – you can present with ease, communicate complex concepts in a digestible manner and your command of language is remarkable
  • Comfortable with travel around 15% nationally

Our team members enjoy:

An Insider's view of Gloo

What projects are you most excited about?

It’s a great time to be at Gloo. I’m working with a high powered cross functional team to tackle challenging problems. Currently, we are focused on transforming our user experience from one of “functional capabilities” into one focused on the “value stack”. We want to unify our disparate UI and data constructs into a single cohesive experience.

Steve Kurtz

Director of UX

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started at Gloo as a project manager, but I’ve always been good with technology. I had been with Gloo for about a year, when I spoke with my manager and Scott [CEO] about my interest in product. They helped set me up for success, supporting me on my career journey. I’ve now been a Product Owner for the last three years and love what I do.
