Customer Success Manager

| Greater Denver Area
As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with our top customers to retain and expand their business with TrackVia. Your objectives will be to provide insight to their current account usage, application performance, and educate them on what features/functionality TrackVia can provide to their business processes. You will form strong business relationships with our top accounts and ensure they are receiving top-notch customer service.
 
What you will do:
  • Prioritize and deliver on the highest value items for our customers
  • Stay up to date with product offering and convey best practices
  • Visit customers to build relationships and drive value as a trusted advisor
  • Provide account health checks to customers on a rolling basis with the goal of driving adoption, identifying expansion, and discovering additional opportunities
  • Define short, mid, and long term goals with your clients and create joint success plans to realize objectives
  • Follow the appropriate escalation process to create and execute plans for at-risk accounts
  • Continuously self-educating on your clients' verticals/markets
 
About you:
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Sound understanding of relational database principles
  • Excellent written communications: clarity, brevity, grammar
  • Excellent verbal communications: articulateness, patience, listening skills
  • Previous experience with account, client, or customer success management
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
    • Formulas, charts, reports
  • Strong mathematical skills (statistics, finance, logic)
  • Technology enthusiasm/passion/aptitude
  • Ability to form business relationships
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's Degree required
Experience Preferred
  • Microsoft Access, MySQL, or similar 
  • Database architecture (entity relationship diagrams)
