Customer Care Concierge (Part-time)
Layer3 TV is seeking an approachable and people-focused Customer Care Concierge. As a Customer Care Concierge, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, text, email and social media. Your main role is to attend to customers and offer a warm, consultative approach to customer service. Layer3 TV is committed to delivering an unparalleled entertainment and customer-centric experience. As one of the first members of our care team, you will have a unique opportunity to help define what our Concierge program looks like in this new and exciting startup.

Essential Skills, Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, food service, banking or other customer-facing role
- Proficiency with phone, computers, software, and technology
- Effective communicator, excellent verbal and written abilities
- Genuine interest in people
- Self-starter who takes direction effortlessly
- Assertive, persistent, a good listener, and persuasive
- Spanish Language skills are a bonus
Education / Certification:
- High school or equivalent
*We have both full time and part time opportunities and are especially looking for coverage between 2pm-10pm every day!
