We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will be part of a dynamic and collaborative effort to bring Fortune 500 technology to small businesses. Skupos has a fast-growing base of active users and a vocal group of advocates, in a technologically-underserved industry that powers 4% of the US economy, and sees 50% of the US population purchase each day. This is a nitty gritty, dirt under the fingernails industry that needs your help.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about data and gets excited about diving deep into Marketo, Salesforce or any data source to find opportunities. You will identify drop-off in the sales funnel and come up with innovative ways to turn data into actionable reports. You will collaborate with the Sales Team and Sales Management often, insuring new processes designed to improve Marketing visibility and actionability are followed. As the team generates content you will work to create meaningful drip campaigns using complex rules to communicate the right message at the right time to the appropriate prospective customer. The ideal candidate comes from an emerging software category where both end-user and channel education play an outsized role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead flow of prospective customers driven by Marketing efforts
  • Design and implement a tracking framework to identify first, last and multi-touch attribution models for the Skupos customer base
  • Manage technical and operational aspects of Marketo to generate, nurture, distribute and report on leads
  • Leverage data in Salesforce to create reports and dashboards providing actionable data for the Marketing, Sales and greater Skupos teams
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Admin and Sales to maintain database hygiene, performing ongoing data cleansing to maintain the health and accuracy of our marketing database
  • Work closely with the Sales team to make sure Marketing processes are implemented correctly, gather feedback about what’s working and identify where adjustments are needed
  • Collaborate with Design and Marketing to release landing pages and email templates
  • Implement and report on marketing drip campaigns
  • Compose email communications for Marketing campaigns and automated Sales outreach

Qualifications

  • 3+ years marketing experience in B2B tech marketing
  • 2+ years deep experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Certified Marketo Admin, certified Salesforce Admin is a plus
  • Excellent strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Attentive to detail and extremely organized
  • Highly personable, always wants to learn more, humble
  • Operate well in an environment of rapid change, tight deadlines, limited resources, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Familiarity with revenue attribution tools, analytics tracking and best-in-class digital ad platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
