Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, feedback solicitation, candidate communication, offers, and on-boarding
Develop an effective pipeline of key talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
Manage Greenhouse and keep meticulous notes
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders
BA/ BS Degree
5 years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience (both corporate and agency)
Strong interpersonal, sourcing and networking skills with a proven understanding of the recruitment landscape to attract top talent.
