As a Technical Recruiter at Rachio, you will identify highly technically skilled, bright, talented candidates by using direct and indirect sourcing methods and matching them to ideal positions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
