What is this opportunity?
You will create and successfully execute Dice customer (B2B) content strategy to help accelerate our acquisition and
retention goals with commercial, staffing and consulting organizations. This savvy content strategist will directly manage all US client content related activity and closely collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure we deliver our audiences relevant, consistent and engaging content.
Leveraging your expertise, you'll help to advance DHI Group’s customer content offering by enhancing and expanding our current content output. You will be directly responsible for generating site traffic, engagement and marketing qualified leads through the customer (B2B) content channel. You will develop new approaches, media, collaborations and techniques in addition to building on existing ones.
What are we requiring for this role?
·Create the customer (B2B) content strategy and manage the execution
·Work with the marketing and product teams on customer segmentation and ensure the content strategy aligns accordingly
·Lead the creation of content driven experiences directly mapped to customer segments and stages of intent
·Build a flexible roster of capable and highly effective freelance writers
·Review current customer content for gaps and identify low performing areas and prioritize those for improvements
·Partner with the wider Marketing, Sales and Product teams on developing integrated campaigns to ensure we deliver on key goals
·Work with the SEO team to identify organic traffic opportunities and ensure best practices are always utilized
·Work with the analytics team to deliver accurate, actionable analysis that measures effectiveness and recommend improvements to the customer journey
·Evangelize the power and effectiveness of content throughout the organization
·Create and manage guidelines for brand voice, style, consistency, and grammar
·Conduct research and identify content management opportunities
What do we prefer for this role?
·5+ years content management and creation experience – ideally in a high growth digital marketing organization
·Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
·Deep understanding of the content marketing ecosystem, with hands on experience of all major and emerging channels
·Analytical with proven experience in creating data driven content
·Ability to juggle multiple tasks for several projects at the same time, often on short timelines
·Comfortable working with business, marketing, product and engineering stakeholders
·High level of collaboration, courage, curiosity and passion
