Globally, mergers and acquisitions are on the rise; but making the deal is just the beginning. Research shows that up to 75% of deals fail to fulfill expectations. Culture conflict is the biggest obstacle to success.
Join us for a light breakfast and an enlightening discussion about integrating culture as part of a merger or acquisition. We’ll hear from a panel of guests who have been part of M&A events and are ready to share their experiences. Discussion topics will include missteps, surprises, and lessons learned along the way.
We’ll also explore best practices for identifying culture misalignment. Panelists will share strategies for addressing these issues to maximize leadership potential, productivity, retention and more.
Kathy Fort Carty is the founder and president of DSC, a Colorado-based destination management firm that grew through a 10-year strategy of acquisitions and was then acquired in 2017.
