Documented equal pay policy

Each position is assigned to a salary tier. Every new person joining the team gets that tier's base salary. Every two months, the individual gets a 1.2% raise and the tier base goes up 0.6%.

Regarding perks we don't have checked off above, we consider it a perk to *not* have beer on tap, ping-pong tables are annoying, non-profits can't give out equity, and we believe bonus-based pay is stupid.
