How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?
Connect first understands that we are people outside of work! They offer employees a lot of flexibility and understanding when it comes to personal lives.
What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?
We deal with a variety of technical challenges, including: basic configuration questions about the proprietary software; SIP and Telephony analysis and troubleshooting; understanding of networking concepts and common issues... We also assist our customers with these technologies, to have the best experience possible with our Could-Based Platform.

What makes someone successful on your team?
Following the process that was laid out by our fearless leader! If you follow the steps that he teaches for the sales process, it works and helps with the closing part of the deal. We focus on the customer's needs and not just getting the contract signed. We make sure to help each company with their unique needs in order to help reach their goals!
What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?
There’s a sense of freedom to take chances and calculated risks, start initiatives, optimize, and do things differently. If you’re going to fail, fail fast and move on. We’re constantly learning what works, what can be improved and what we need to abandon. It’s an inspiring and freeing way to work that cultivates innovation and amazing results.
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
My initial role was responsible for customer and technical support with the ability to learn more technical skill set as I worked. I have been fortunate enough to receive support and opportunities to allow me to take on the role of Test Engineer. Now I work on software testing, with the frequent ability to contribute in other technical areas!
